OFFICIAL MOBILE APP OF MINISTER ‘NEMCHA KIPGEN APP’ LAUNCHED

Imphal, September 9, 2017 (DIPR): With an aim to reach out more to the masses digitally and to maintain transparency in the governance, Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Nemcha Kipgen today launched the ‘Nemcha Kipgen Mobile App’ at Hotel Imphal. The app is developed by Thangjing Technologies in collaboration with Encohub, a Gujarat based firm. This will initiate positive changes and revolution in Information Technology world in Manipur.

The app will serve as a one-stop destination to know more about the Minister and her commendable governance and contribution towards the development of the State. It will disseminate all the latest information and real time updates of the Minister with the help of push notification. The user can also see current news and news related to development activities taken up by Nemcha Kipgen. It will also give an insight into the various schemes and policies launched in the state.

The app is equipped with features like collections of real facts and figures, progress in the form of infographics (like photos and videos). Any queries can also be done through this app and there will be prompt reply and the grievances will be redressed shortly.

This app will be an exclusive platform to share ideas and suggestions and to directly connect with the Minister. Direct feedback can be given by the users about any tasks carried out by the Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister.

Such groundbreaking initiative by Minister Nemcha will serve as gateway for easy participation of common man, especially youths towards the development activities and initiatives of the government. (DIPR)
