A Manipuri students topped the M.Sc Geophysics examination at Osmania University Hyderabad, received ONGC Award for scoring the highest mark. Vice Chancellor of the University handed over a sum of Rupees One Lakh cash award to Wangkhem Dinesh Singh.
Dinesh a resident of Ningthoukhong Kha Khunou Ward No. 4 is son to Wangkhem Kulla A.O. Bishenpur and Wangkhem Ongbi Bimola Devi. He is the second student in the country to have receive the prestigious award.
