Shri T Mangibabu Singh , Hon’ble MLA & Chairman PDA graced the Gangte People’s Award ceremony organized by the Huihchim Media Foundation on the 30th December 2014, and distributed Awards to winners at Community Hall, Bunglon, Churachandpur. Besides the PDA Chairman, Shri T Manga Vaiphei, Hon’ble MLA & Chairman MTDC attended the do as President of the Function, Shri Lunminthang Gangte IAS, DC/Ccpur as Guest of Honor along with various VIPs, Prominent Social Leaders and dignitaries also graced the ceremony.
Huihchim Magazine is a Bi-lingual monthly published since August 2012 and has recently celebrated its Second Anniversary last August. It is pertinent to highlight here that Huihchim is the only magazine published in Gangte Language as of today. It is an endeavour of a handful of like-minded individuals who come together and ensure the continuous publication of the monthly magazine.
