124th Death Anniversary of General Balaram Sougaijamba observed with fanfae and foundation laying ceremony of a library cum research centre dedicated to the honoured general at Sougaijam Lampak Moirangkhom. Mention may be made that the General during his mighty service recieved Kandat war medal for his bravery from Sir James Johnstone for a war victory under the General’s command.
