ANNUAL BLOOD DONATION CAMP OF CRPF, MANIPUR REGION, IMPHAL

A “Voluntary Blood Donation Camp” was organized by Composite Hospital, CRPF, Langjing, Imphal (Manipur) in collaboration with Shija Blood Bank and Transfusion Services, HealthCity, Langol. The Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Shri Vimal Kumar Bisht, DIGP, Group Centre, CRPF, Imphal in the presence of Dr. R.B. Das, DIGP (Medical), CRPF, Imphal, Shri J.N. Kohli, DIGP (ADM), M & N Sector, CRPF, Imphal, Shri Vijay Kumar, DIGP (Accts) M & N Sector, CRPF, Imphal and Dr. Y. Bijoy Kumar, Sr. Medical Officer, Shija Blood Bank and Transfusion Services, HealthCity, Langol, Imphal.

The Blood Donation Camp was participated and donated by the following offices and Batallions:

1. IGP (Manipur & Nagaland) Hqrs, CRPF, Imphal   –     2 units
2. Range Hqrs, CRPF, Imphal                                     –     2 units
3. Group Centre, Langjing, CRPF, Imphal                  –     4 units
4. Composite Hospital, CRPF, Imphal                        –     1 units
5. 32 Bn CRPF                                                            –     8 units
6. 69 Bn CRPF                                                            –     6 units
7. 86 Bn CRPF                                                            –     5 units
8. 109 Bn CRPF                                                          –     40 units
9. 32 Bn CRPF                                                            –     8 units
10. 143 Bn CRPF                                                          –     15 units
11. B/2 Singal CRPF                                                     –     3 units

 Altogether 86 units of blood were collected during the said blood donation camp.
