  3. Many might have heard that to grow orange saplings in Tamenlong district, our planners imported orange plants/ planting material from Nagpur, located in the hottest Vidharva region of the nation. Instead of raising orange/ citrus nursery here in Tamenlong, related state department spent huge expenditure in transportation of the planting materials from Nagpur. No one knows how will it survive in the mild alpine climate of Manipur hills.

  4. Manipur is such a place on earth what we may called fools paradise, where many intellectual intruders visited the pretext of gracing seminars/workshops only to steal the very much neglected ITOFT (Integrated Traditional Organic Farming Technology) for propounding it as his/her own invention.

  5. I think many scientist have got the chance to read papers prepared with browse, select, copied and paste technology only to increase their API for future promotion.
