Imphal, July 27: The Fifth Integrity protection day 2013 was observed today at Lamyanba Sanglen, palace compound organised by the ACOAM-Lup, kangleipak .
Kshetrimayum Somorendro, President, ACOAM Lup, H. Kulla, Advisor to ACOAM Lup, Dr. Khomdon Laishram, Ex project Director, Manipur state aids control society, P. Ibochouba, President, Editors forum Manipur, Y. leirikleima, President Kanglamei, RK Sanahanbi President Kanglei Ima lup graced the function as presidium members.
In memory of the historic day on which Government of India deleted the three words “without territorial limit” from the Bangkok declaration (cease fire extension) signed between the Government of India and NSCN(IM) on 27 july 2001 because of heavy pressure from the people of Manipur, ACOAM-Lup, kangleipak has been observing the day as integrity protection day since 2009.
