12th January 2016, HealthCity, Langol: In association with Youth Development Organization (Moirang), Shija Breast & Thyroid Clinic conducted a Free Breast & Thyroid Check Health Camp at Kongjengbam Leikai,Moirang on 12th January 2016. The team was led by Dr AJIT LUKRAM, Consultant Surgeon at Shija Hospitals who had done fellowship in Breast & Endocrine Surgery at North Cumbria University, United Kingdom. Detailed examination & relevant investigation were carried out for 65 patients present at the camp which was supported by Dr. Amata Thokchom, Medical Office, Shija Hospitals. Risk-scoring for breast-cancer, counseling and distribution of awareness booklets at the end of the counseling were the main highlights of the camp.
