With selling mouth-watering Singju , a Manipuri salad type Cuisine and other local food items at a roadside small village market shed of Haraorou Tangkham village, about 15 km away from imphal, Premila Devi, age 56, maintains her family for the last 20 years. Among the food items she sells, Singju is the special cuisine, attracting the passers-by. She looks work cultured, never feel shy for her job as it is the basic source of livelihood for her children.
