Manipur students’ Association Delhi (MSAD) Executive Committee had elected to fill up the vacant posts of the MSAD Executive Committee and the scrutiny was conducted on Wednesday the 16th Dec. 2015 at D.U. park near V.C. Lawn, North Delhi.
