‘Nung Dolan’ area along Imphal – Jiri Road is undergoing construction for multiple lanes by cutting down the stone structure hill for more space. Mention may also be made that the area was a highly accident prone area in the past, now situation has improved over the years yet miles to go before it becomes a smooth plying zone for the wheels. Abdul Salam newly elected Rajya Sabha member from Manipur have also given assurance for completing the National Highway as priority.
