Imphal, January 13: The people’s action for national democratic movement, PANDM, Manipur celebrated its fourth foundation day at Manipur press club here today.
With Wangkhemja Shyamjai as chief guset, the function was also attended by Yumnamcha Dilipkumar, president, PANDM, H. Ibotombi Khuman, Convenor, Joint coordinating committee on inner line permit system, H. Shanta, National Awardee and Chairman cum Managing Directot of Manipur Finance and Business Ltd. as president and guest of honour respectively.
