All India Human Rights Association/Media is in Manipur as a part of their 224 Days AIHRA’S 3rd International Rights Journey for Awareness and Empowerment of youth.The tour started on 1st may 2013 and have crossed Nepal and Bhutan. They will be staying the night at Motbung today and heading off for Silchar and Shillong.
