Second Water Melon Festival is rolling in pace at Shumang Lila Shanglen, Complex. The festival which began on 1st June will continue till 10th June. Many events like fashion parade will take place promoting farmers and watermelon in Manipur. The initiative is done by Nahakpam Food Development.
