Gaan Ngai celebration at Wangoi under the moonlit night. MLA Lukhoi was also present during the function sequence with traditional dance and religious offerings. Youth and elders including children were seen wearing traditional attires. While some elders were busy hosting the ceremonial function with folk songs, young girls were dancing to the tune of a drum beat and cymbal seen playing aside the ground. Grand feast hosted at home for visiting guests marked the traditional fest. The annual festival gave the Ziliangrong Community a celebrative mood after a bounty harvesting. It is also the time for relatives gathering at one place and share their happy days.
