A consultative meet on Bakery and enhancing the quality of the products was held at Imphal Hotel today. The initiative was being taken up by Imphal Agro and Food Technology Consultancy. Prithiviraj Senjam, Junior Scientist gave a detail lecture on Wheat flour and indepth knowledge on the Bakery products through slide shows. Yumnam Nabachandra Supervisor Shree Moida Factory, Mantripukhri, Ahongsangbam Biswas Supervisor, Om Moida Factory, Mantripukhri, Rajiv Khaidem Branch Manager of NEDFI, Elangbam Bijoykumar, Dean Deptt of Economics, MU, L Krishna Singh Deputy Manager Imphal Urban Coperative Bank were the dignitories of theconsultative meet. Mention may be made that Imphal Agro and Food Technology Consultancy was launched recently and it has kickstarts its functioning with effective intervention by imparting right knowledge through consultancy. Many Bakery owners and skilled bakery workers were present today.
