September 22, 2013: Library & Information Centre, Kakching organized a
reception programme of M.C. Mary Kom, Bronze Medalist, London Olympic
2012 at Library Auditorium. The function was presided over by
Shri. P. Shampha Singh, President of the Association.
Presentation of cash incentive and Interaction programme with M.C.
Mary Kom was the main programme of the function. The organizer &
people of Kakching also congratulate to M.C. Mary Kom to select as a
brand ambassador the Christian community by The Union Ministry of
Minority Affairs to promote the efforts being made by the United
Progressive Alliance (UPA ) Govt.
