As a part of continuing short term training programme organised by IKoSC, 5 days training on fruits and vegetable processing is being held from 12th to 16th May 2015. This program aims at providing science based approach in preservation and processing of locally available fruits and vegetables. It may act as launchpad for those who want to take it as profession. It will also help students particularly home science, food science or food tech graduates who needs practical know-how to enhance their confidence
