The festival is to be organised by Sahitya Thoupang Lup (Sathoulup). A short story and poetry competition in Manipuri language is to be held in connection with the festival and entries for the same is to be send at [email protected] on or before 20th November. Cash prize will be handed over by the dignitaries on the inauguration day.
Contestants may send their short stories and poetry in pdf format too at the above e-mail address.
