14 hours of incessant rain have resulted into knee deep water logging in various parts of Keishamthong and Sagolband A/C. Mention may also be made that waisel maril tributaries which takes down the flowing water from the two constituencies towards Loktak Lake often gets blocked due to overgrowing water plants and siltation.
