Rise in Kidney transplant in Manipur and free medical camp for Kidney tomorrow.

“Many citizens of Manipur came with kidney problems so far around Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj has done more than 90 kidney transplant. The number is rising. Diabetes, blood pressure and toxin are the main cause of kidney problems” was the statement quoted by Dr Sanjeev Gulati,additional director nephrology Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in a press meet conducted at Classic Hotel today.

A free medical camp for kidney patient will be conducted at City Hospital Chingmeirong with the help of Rotary Club, Imphal from 7.30am to 1.30 pm tomorrow and everyone is welcome says the specialist doctor who came down to Manipur.

Dr Sanjeev Gulati will be delivering a lecture at RIMS for faculty and students of Surgery, Nephrology and Urology department.

The doctor also delivered on the alarming rise of kidney cases in India and Fortis finding of 13 kidney cases in every 100 individual. He also appeals to take care of health and do regular check-ups.
