It takes only 3 years for a Bamboo to fully mature while 30 years in the case of a tree. In order to keep an ecological balance Bamboo is being promoted in making furniture, bridges, house, and other day to day use essential commodities.
The fast growing Bamboo helps in replacing the depleted environment as it takes comparatively much quicker time to grow than tree. Thus Bamboo furniture is becoming more environmental friendly than wooden furniture.
Once a mature tree is fallen down for extracting wood the gap in the ecology can only be regained after a new tree mature which is in terms of decades whereas it is just two to three years in the case of bamboo.
