Lui-Ngai-Ni a seed sowing festival held at Tamenglong District Headquarter on 15th Feb 2014. Cultural events, indigenous sports, traditional fashion show, folk song, dances and many interesting program were held. Nephiu Rio attended the function as Chief Guest.
