WORKSHOP OVERVIEW:
Advanced Robotics provides in-depth knowledge on the mechanism, dynamics and intelligent controlling of the robots with respect to the areas of application that could either avoid or reduce human intervention. Topics in the workshop include designing manipulators, mobile robots, control design, actuators, sensors, wireless networking and embedded systems which are practical oriented. The participants will design and fabricate working robotic systems in a group-based term project. By the end of this workshop, participants would have in-depth knowledge on building robots, programming the microcontroller and interfacing sensors and motors for controlling the robots.
