Business establishment, government offices, transport came to a standstill as the JAC against the alleged rape of a 17 year old girl called 24 hour bandh for not arresting the involved culprits by the concern officials. The incident happens when the17-year-old girl student went to Yairipok Universal College in Thoubal district on June 19 to collect admission form but she was abducted by unidentified persons from the campus and allegedly raped.
