Administration of vaccine during Free Influenza Vaccination Camp for children held at Shija Hospitals
HealthCity, Langol, January 1, 2016: Celebrating the new year day with a theme “Healthy Children for Healthy Manipur”, a one day Free Influenza Vaccination Camp for children (2 years and above) was held at Shija Hospitals, HealthCity, Langol, Imphal West on 1st January, 2016. The camp was organized by Shija Paediatrics and Neonatology Department in association with Cipla. A single dose of the vaccine in the form of intranasal spray can prevent the child from influenza for at least one year. Altogether 200 children were vaccinated during the said camp.
