Accused rapists of an elderly U- morok seller were given life time rigorous imprisonment in a historical judgement today at Cheirap Court, Uripok . The accused are L.Rojit (main accuse) Ibomchan (27), Ksh. Kennedy (33,) L.Bijen (34). The trail was conducted under Session Judge, Manipur West by Salam Imocha. They were convicted for robbery, gang rape and other heinous crime.
