Imphal, September,27: The CENTER FOR HIGHER EDUCTION MANIPUR (CHEM) that would offer different higher education courses was inaugurated today at Changangei near Tulihal Airport.
The new learning Institute will offer different Courses of studies such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (IT), B.Sc ( Computer science ), PGDCA, PGDBM, DCA, DIT, DCS, B/M.Lib, BA/MA (English, Political Science, History, Hindi) and many others. CHEM is an AICTE – UGC – DEC approved and authorised host institute under Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar (Punjab).
M. Sobhakiran, President of Manipur People’s Party (MPP) inaugurated the new centre by litting the inaugural Lamp and cutting Ribbon. Many well-wishers, Sympathisers and students attended the inaugural event.
Dr. L. Robindro Singh, Director of CHEM told Manipur Times that opening of this learning centre that would offer different course of studies to the students in the state, mainly the poor ones at an affordable fee structure has been a long time cherished dream of LRS India, a leading event management and educational promotion company in Manipur. The centre has now been equipped with well-experienced faculties and staffs. Admission process will start soon.
Anuradha Khoirom, MBA, (Ph.D Pursuing) will manage the new learning Institute as Centre head.
