DONATIONS TO CHIEF MINISTER’S RELIEF FUND

Imphal, August 12, 2107 (DIPR): Several organisations and individuals have continued to extend monetary donations to help flood victims in the recent spates of flood occurred in different parts of the State to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Today as well, All Manipur Government Drivers’ and Technical Association donated Rs 21,101 and Chingakham Yumjao Singh of Heingang donated Rs. 1000 to the CMRF. The amounts were handed over to Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh at a simple ceremony held at Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

On the other hand, Guwahati based Manipuri Group who are working in Railway Protection Force contributed Rs. 9020 to the CMRF. The amount was transferred through online transaction by Shri Nongthombam Rojit.

The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to all the organisations which had contributed generous donations to the CM Relief Fund so far. (DIPR)
