Shilheipung Eco Tourism and Crafts Village is organising a Painting Competition on the Theme
My Beautiful Manipur. Clean Manipur, Green Manipur” on 19th November 2014 , Wednesday, at 11.00 am. The program is a part of our social responsibility curriculum and also to encourage children to creatively express their ideas of Clean and Green Manipur among themselves. It provides an opportunity for parents, teachers and groups leaders to discuss with children the true importance of making our state
Manipur a “ Beautiful Manipur”
We request the School authorities to kindly brief the students about it and facilitate the students to take part in such a program. We also like to mention that this is not merely a competition but a general sensitization program for children towards the theme.
All participants will be honored with “ Certificate of Appreciation” and the prize distribution will be held on the same day. A brief media interaction (print and electronic)of the students is also being organised
The competition will be held in 2 different Category
Group A. Class III- V (Boys and Girls)
Group B. Class VI- IX ( Boys and Girls)
The Prizes in both Categories
First Prize: Rs 3000/- + Gift Vouchers + Citation
Second Prize: Rs 2000/- + Gift Vouchers + Citation
Third Prize: Rs 1000/- + Gift Vouchers + Citation
Rules and Regulation
- a) The Drawing sheet will be provided by the organiser and size will be 35 x 54 cms. ( Half of Drawing
- b) The students can use any form of media ( Chalk, Charcoal, Pastel, water Colour etc) and should bebrought by themselves.
- c) Duration of the painting will be 2 hrs
- d) The use of lettering or numbering on the front page in any language is not allowed. this could disqualify your painting from the competition
- e) Name , School, Class should only be written at the right bottom back page of the painting
- f) Valid School Identitycard should be produce at the time of Registration
- g) The last date of entry 15th November 2014, Saturday
