Imphal, August 14 (DIPR): Chief Minister Shri N Biren Singh greeted the people of the State on the occasion of Independence Day.
In a message, the Chief Minister said, “On this auspicious occasion, we should not only pay homage to all the known and unknown heroes who made the supreme sacrifice at the altar of freedom struggle but also renew our pledge to safeguard the hard won freedom at any cost and under any circumstance.”
Extending warm greetings, Shri N. Biren Singh urged the public not to forget the importance and meaning of unity, which has been taught to us by the history. (DIPR)
