Imphal, July 27, 2017 (DIPR): Four different groups contributed a total of Rs. 5.30 lakh to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to rehabilitate flood victims today.
Lions Club donated Rs. 3 lakh, Rotary Club contributed Rs 1 lakh, MCS, MPS, MFS, Jr. MCS officers of 2014 batch donated Rs. 1 lakh and Unemployed Local Truck Owners Association, Imphal contributed Rs. 30,000 to CMRF.
Representatives of these organisations handed over the amounts to Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh at Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Shri N. Biren thanked all the organisations for their kind gesture towards helping the flood affected people. (DIPR)
